Find out how to return the RebelBot 

 

 

Except for the sole case of theft, robbery and misappropriation of the vehicle without subsequent discovery of the same, you will always have to return RebelBot in cases of termination of the contract within 15 days. Below are the steps necessary for the correct return: 


 

RETURN BY SHIPPING

  • Uninstall RebelBot from the vehicle
  • Notify Customer Service of your choice via email or WhatsApp available in the app in the Support section
  • Send RebelBot at your expense to the address: UnipolTech SpA c/o Unipolsai Assicurazioni SpA, Corso Dante 112 - 10126 Torino (TO)


 

RETURN TO INSTALLER

  • Uninstall RebelBot from the vehicle
  • Notify the Customer Service of your need to return RebelBot via the email or WhatsApp address available in the app in the Assistance section
  • Once you have chosen the installer with Customer Service, wait for the next working day and contact the installer you have chosen to make an appointment for the return
