Can I receive and install RebelBot before the policy starts? 

When the RebelBot is available you will receive a confirmation SMS:

• If you have chosen to collect the RebelBot from an installer, you will receive the green light to collect the box. 
• If youhave chosen the RebelBot shipment at home, you can track the shipment.

If the RebelBot is installed before the expiration of the policy, it is normal that the device LED flashes, and that you do not receive the activation SMS of the box. In this case, the box will be active from the day the policy starts, and at that time you will also receive the confirmation SMS that certifies the correct installation of the RebelBot.
